BC ONE CrossFit Cannock TEAM Throwdown VIDEO
What a great weekend…whilst the rest of CrossFit looks to the US, we journeyed down the M6 to a Box with a big heart, BC One CrossFit ‘Cannock’. What a great competition and a great community. The event was open to teams and the whole day was made up of team wod’s ending with a scaled and [dare we say] fun Fran…don’t they always finish with Fran! The crowd…Ian Stanley owner of BC One…the travelling teams…and all those who were new to the sport showed how our community is growing. 21 weeks into their CrossFit life, BC One has certainly proved it’s ability to host a fantastic event…and thanks for making us all feel welcome.

He has been crossfitting for 3 years now and has travelled, together with different athletes, through Europe to make some impact, and try to connect the European community.
