Reebok CrossFit Glevum Olympus Challenge
Boxrox were asked to go to the Olympus Challenge down at Reebok CrossFit Glevum, this is what went down. With over 30 competitors the event saw the competitors complete 8 individual workouts throughout the day. The athletes were tested with sandbag carries, medball tosses, bear crawls and also time to find their 1RM Back Squat and Shoulder to Overhead.
