For Time, with a partner
- 150 Double Unders
- 100 Bench Press (135/95)
- 100 Pendlay Row (115/75)
- 100 Double Unders
- 50 Bench Press
- 50 Pendlay Row
- 50 Double Unders
Score is time it takes to complete the chipper.
Split the work any way, as long as each athlete completes at least one rep of eachmovement per round.
Swap Double Unders for Single Unders.
Lower the weights for the other lifts.
