  •  10 Plank Extension walks

WORKOUT – Upper Body/Arms

“Me and this troll trying to get outside and move. It’s crazy how hard it’s been to find motivation to get going or moving when i know i can’t really leave my house. Not to mention I spend majority of my day with this little nugget and like many of you, my only human interaction is via my TV 📺😂…. I will say though, having this new- Dumbbell Program will be the thing that keeps me sane, happy and active during this crazy quarantined life of mine. Now just a little sunshine and I’ll be good 😎. –

Upper body lift: 4 sets

Complete 15+ reps of each. Or stop 2-3 reps shy of failure.

  • floor press
  • bent over row
  • upright row
