More archery practice today, this time with a high heart rate. I know the weights are light but I wanted everything to be fast and unbroken to get the heart rate up. First target picture is the power clean version, second is the shoulder to overhead version. (Is loose the correct term?) For those who asked yesterday it’s a Hoyt Carbon Spyder.
