7 Athletes to watch at the Atlantic Regionals

The Atlantic Regionals are coming and they come with Big Names!

Cassidy Lance-Mcwherter
3times Games Athlete and 4times Regional competitor Cassidy Lance-Mcwherter from CROSSFIT WATERSIDE missed the Games ticket for only one Spot last year and will push hard to not sustain this again.

MEKENZIE RILEY

After 3 Team Regionals, each with a higher finish than the last Mekenzie Riley and her Team finally made it in their 4th Regionals. With a 3rd place finish they got their ticket for the 2016 Games where they finished 5th. This year she compets as an individual Athlete.

EMILY BRIDGERS
Four-time CrossFit Games veteran and former collegiate gymnast also took second in the 2015 CrossFit Liftoff weightlifting competition with a 180-lb. snatch and a 215-lb. clean and jerk.

NOAH OHLSEN

2014, 2015 & 2016 CrossFit Games Athlete is going to his 6th Regionals.


 Ben Smith

Competed in 8 CrossFit Games, Ben Smith took part in every Games since 2009 and was crowned to the 2015  fittest men on earth.

Travis Mayer

Travis Mayer is a 3times CrossFit Games Competitor played basketball during high school and was a competitive motocross rider for 8 years. We will see if the old rush of adrenalin  brings him to his next Games.

Alec Smith

Younger Brother to Ben Smith, Alec is a 5times Regionals Athlete. Having the Smith-gene the 24year old can follow in the foot steps of his Brother.
