Here are 7 AMRAP workouts designed to test you beyond your limits. How many reps can you pack in before the clock ticks out?

20 min AMRAP:

  • 50 Double Unders / 100 Singles
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 50 Double Unders / 100 Singles
  • 10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

You can scale the Double Unders to Singles if you need to then see how many rounds you can finish!

Focus on maintaining a strong hip extension with the Kettlebells in order to make the movement as efficient as possible.
