Here are 7 AMRAP workouts designed to test you beyond your limits. How many reps can you pack in before the clock ticks out?

15 min 3×5 AMRAP

  • 5 Calories Assaul bike
  • 5 metres handstand walk
  • 5 toes-to-bar

You should be able to do around 14 rounds.  You can also change handstand walk for box circles instead and toes-to-bar for hollow rocks.
