BANDED WEIGHTLIFTING – SQUATS
Squatting, the bands will pull you down and will make it harder for you to get up. Adding bands to your squats will force your body to use more force while performing this exercise.

When in doubt…use bands? Also very important¬e to self that when using bands on a yoke rack you should place extra weights on the rack so it wont tilt over and almost kill somebody??♀️ Second note for internet coaches: my back is fine so all the keep your back straight comments will go straight to voicemail thats all bye bye ??
