Biography

Started at The Crossfit Place in March 2014 after a lifetime of physical inactivity, ill health and over eating - thanks to a persistent young friend who finally persuaded me to go to a taster session. Welsh-learning mum of three, worker-director of Barod (a cooperative set up and run by people with and without a learning disability), student at Bangor University and member of Penrallt Baptist Church.
