Legendary coach Bill Bowerman said “if you have a body, you’re an athlete.” I truly believe that I am a life-long athlete. I’m a former Division II basketball player (Bellarmine University, 2001), former competitive indoor rower (7th in my division at the 2011 World Indoor Rowing Championships), and have been CrossFitting ever since I was first introduced to it in 2008. I love helping others improve their quality of life through movement.
