The combination of rowing and deadlifts is a deadly combination that will test your back strength in a fatigued state. Adding the explosive box jumps each round after the deadlifts significantly adds to the magnitude of the challenge.

5 Rounds for Time

  • 11 Deadlifts (275/205 lb)
  • 14 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lb)
  • Every 2 minutes:
  • 150 foot Sled Push

Time Cap: 20 minutes

ARMISTICE

  • AMRAP in 11 minutes
  • 11 Power Cleans (135/95 lb)
  • 11 Burpees Over the Bar
  • 19 Deadlifts (135/95 lb)
  • 18 Pull-Ups
