8 Simple Home Workouts for Training at Christmas Time

The Christmas period can be one of the hardest parts of the year for training. Boxes and Gyms are closing for the holiday yet you still want to workout. If this sounds familiar, then here are 8 WODs you can do anywhere.

The lack of technical exercises makes this another great home workout. If you don’t have a pull up bar or can’t find anything else to use, substitute the pull ups for burpees or sit ups.
