About the event
Qualifiers 6-19th November 2017, at your gym
• Teams of 3 (2+1) Can be either two men or two women.
• Competition remains an open draw, with teams drawn into groups.
• All teams will get 3 workouts in each group.
• Workouts (excluding the final) will be announced in advance
• 4 workouts will be drawn randomly: 3 groups workouts & semi finals.
• At least one previous 2016 or 2017 workout will return
