For the 2020 CrossFit® Games season there will be 28 Sanctioned Events and CrossFit® Fittest in Cape Town is once again proud to be a part of the series where the winning female, male & team will receive an invite to compete at the CrossFit® Games 2020.
CrossFit® FiCT20 will be a 4-day event and as per previous years will take place at various locations across the beautiful city of Cape Town. Similar to 2019 we are excited to put together a competition that will put the individual athletes & teams through a very broad and inclusive fitness test aimed at finding the fittest.
