About the event
One of 28 CrossFit® Sanctional ™ events with both an individual and team (mmff) competition. The winners of both categories will secure a place at the 2020 Reebok CrossFit® Games.
CrossFit® Strength in Depth is the UK’s official CrossFit® Sanctional™ event. The event caters to elite individuals and teams as well as masters athletes and a new ballot format affiliate cup competition.
