About the event
Who wouldn’t want to be able to do a single arm handstand?
Who loves Muscle-ups?
Most of us would be over the moon if we could do a two handed handstand. Calisthenics and handstands are all the crazy at the moment, fitness fans cannot escape the flood of social media selfies of amazing athletes performing handstands, levers, muscle-ups, and other incredible body weight movements. Not to mention the balance, agility, coordination and mental focus that is needed for this style of training.
Essential body-weight training can be used to increase strength, fitness and, flexibility through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance.
In@CrossFit Clapham are lucky enough to have a world class acrobat Miguel Sant’ana and a champion Calisthenics specialist Lee Wade Turner offering a 5.5 hour seminar on body-weight training.
The workshop is available on both days, 6th and 7th.
