12 and 13 March. Two dates to choose your one day Singleton seminar
“Improving and Strengthening Movement”.
Movement is the foundation of what we do, if you don’t move well you won’t perform to your full potential! This hands-on workshop is designed to give you an understanding of the principles of improving movement. It will show you selection useful mobilizations, tools and stretches that you can use efficiently to improve the most common movements seen in CrossFit.
Have you ever wondered how top athletes become top athletes? How to increase training volume and remain injury free? This part of the workshop is designed to show how build a solid strength base for the already mobile athlete. You will be shown a series of useful exercises that you can apply to your training to improve strength and help manage injuries. We will also discuss injury reduction and pain management, two crucial areas to improve longevity of training.

Only on Saturday we will continue with the Open Event (if someone wants to try 16.3 from 17:00 to 19:00) and optional Community Dinner (from 20:30, with an additional cost).
Price for one day seminar:
early bird discounted rate until January 31: 150 Euro.
After this period, full rate will be 200 Euro.
