About the event
Join us for some Pride Celebrations on Friday, August 3rd.
We will be offering TWO divisions for the community workout:
1. Fitness: Simple movements for functional fitness, requires no advanced skill but still delivers a kick ass workout.
2. Performance: Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, sprinting, mobility, and more. Advanced knowledge and skill required.
We will be capping registration – so please register as soon as you can to claim your spot. There will be a waitlist that you can join once the roster fills up.
Remember, all OUTWOD events are inclusive and open to athletes from all backgrounds, ages, shapes, sizes and skill level. There is NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED at any of our fitness events, just a desire to live a healthy life and sweat alongside your peers.
