The front and back lever maybe basic gymnastic moves but they’re not easy! The modern day calisthenics movement has popularised the levers to the extent that they are must have moves, often being blasted out on the bars, rings and pretty much anywhere.
Our Levers workshop will coach you through the foundation techniques, progressions and conditioning exercises required to master the full holds.
Coached by Recession Proof Bodies Lee Wade Turner, as with our previous calisthenics workshops, this is not to be missed if you are serious about building your bar and ring skills.
