About the event
This technique requires skill, strength and power.
More than a mere pull up or high pull, the athlete must transition and push upwards above the bar or rings.
We are holding a short workshop focusing on muscle-up technique.
On the day you will learn;
– The big 5 fundamental strengthening exercises and how avoid common technical errors.
– Key Muscle-up technique drills, including dip variations and transition drills.
– Gymnastic ring technique including the use of “false grip”.
It will be tough, you’ll have to work for it.
Prizes will be awarded on the day for progression and success!
