Southern Warrior Lift Size
For the first time in Europe, there is a weight’ category competition: Southern Warrior Lift Size. The leading role in this competition will be taken on by the barbell, that means deadlift, back squat, front squat, overhead squat, clean & jerk. Well, you got it! There will be no burpees or other movements. So it is only you and the barbell!

What about the location?
Currently organized in the coolest beach location all over Southeast cost of ITALY : in Puglia and precisely in Monopoli, district of Bari, at Sabbiadoro Beach Club. Have a look to the most update athletes list and don’t hesitate to confirm your participation. NO qualifying activity required! Sun, white beaches and sea are waiting for you as well as Traipler to film your performance and the best fresh food all over the area.
What are the categories?
There will be 20 places for category of weight available, once reached the established number the registrations they will come automatically be closed. The categories of weight are:
For male athletes:
- 60-69KG
- 70-77KG
- 78-85 KG
- 86-94 KG
- 94+ KG
For female athletes:
- 48-53KG
- 54-58 KG
- 59-63 KG
- 64-69 KG
- 69+ KG
The tolerance of weight is – 0,500 kg – Example 1: Male athletes weight is 69,500 kg so he must enroll in cat. 60-69 KG – Example 2: Male athletes weight is 69,600 kg must enroll in cat. 70-77 KG – the same rule is valid for women cat. – the category cannot be changed after the registration – the athlete that doesn’t correspond affiliate to the category of weight will participate in the competition in the same category, but his score won’t be valid to the goals of the general leaderboard.
What are the prizes?
€ 5.000 for categories of weight male/female:
- 1° place gets € 250,00
- 2° place gets €150,00
- 3° place gets €100,00
Check weight: It will happen the day 6 July in the afternoon in the moment of the registration competition and delivery package competition through balance furnished by the same organization.
