About the event
The event consists of a day full of fitness events and new or old but proved fitness methods. There are workshops about:

– CrossFit (presented by CrossFit Cologne)
– Togu Jumper
– Warrior Workout
– Weightlifting
– and other seminars & workshops

“WE COMBINE FUN AND PERFOMANCE”
Last year about 200 trainers and fitness enthusiasts came together to see what’s happening outside the box and could be useful for their members or clients. There will be lectures about topics like “Movement based Programming”, “Dynamic Joint Mobility” and much more. So if you’re up for a day full of fitness and information that might be a good trip for most box-owners or personal trainers.
