About the event
The Rock Throwdown is a yearly competition organized by Crossfit356. This competition takes place on the island of Malta, where athletes from all over Europe come down to participate during the 2 day competition.
Who will be the winner of the 4th edition of The Rock Throwdown? One male individual, a pair of male teams and a pair of female teams will take home the title. If you feel you have what it takes, why not sign up and prove it?
