Back in 2014 with a BODYWEIGHT & BARBELL WPU Strength Club special. Learn about static and dynamic strength training with seasoned Coaches and like minded fitness enthusiasts.
This explosive session will cover beginner and advanced bodyweight gymnastic drills in a mini-workshop designed to progress your strength and resilliance, featuring a special guest Coach. We will then break out with the usual toys, and get down to some chalk, sweat and iron with the strongman kit.
This is a new monthly strength club in the heart of South West London which is growing form strength to strengh. It is headed up by Coach Cj Swaby, down at Crossfit Bold HQ.
