How did you come to CrossFit?

I went to college in the States and while studying I also competed in Track & Field (Sprints) and Cross Country running. While being off-season I looked for something to keep me sharp. My teammate recommended CrossFit and my first WOD was at Rogue Fitness in Columbus, OH where I lived.

Why did you open your own box?

I have been doing CrossFit since 2005 and have always wanted to share my passion to the sport with others.  After coaching in several affiliates in Israel I decided it was time to have things my way. Being able to program and pass on to my athletes what I believe is the best workout routine is the best job I could have.

Why exactly should I join YOUR box? What makes it standout from others?

Being around long enough I have a clear image of what I want my box to be. First and foremost a place where I would want to come and work out. We spare no expenses when it comes to equipment and gear for the box. From Olympic Weightlifting to Gymnastics, Strongman and Endurance- we have it all. On top of awesome toys we also have the most diverse coaches in Israel. Specializing in  Martial Arts, Self-Defense and Israeli Krav Maga, Triathlon and long distance running and more.

How does your member structure look like? (Number of members, Male/Female, Young/Old,  any competitive athletes?)

We have the fastest growing CrossFit community in Israel with over 150 athletes in 3 months.  We have about 40% women and 60% men.  Our age spectrum varies from 16 year old teens getting ready for their mandatory army service to 60 year old folks getting ready for their first Tough Mudder race (we coach the official Israeli delegation at the box).

Do you have additional training possibilities (Yoga, Gymnastics etc.)?

We offer Olympic Weightlifting classes, Pilates and Yoga, Self Defense and Martial Arts and Endurance specific programming at the box.

Do you consult your members in nutrition questions?

We do not provide official nutrition consultation.

If I start as a beginner – how does my training in the first month look like?

We offer 2 free on ramp classes that include the mechanics and basics of the major lifts and bodyweight movement.  We believe that allowing new members to try out CrossFit for free speaks loudly about our honest belief that this is the best sport out there. After completing the on ramp classes they join our group training but with scaling and close attention from our staff.

Do you organize any internal or open competitions?

Yes! We recently organized the biggest CrossFit competition in Israel hosted at our box where over 140 men and women competed!

Can I drop in if I am passing your city? Who do I have to contact?

Of course! Drop us a line through our Facebook page or site!
