How did you come to CrossFit?

I have always been looking for a fitness Program that would support my sporting and martial arts activities. After reading “What is Fitness” by Coach Glassmann I was immediately hooked – no one ever before came up with such a clever definition of fitness.

Why did you open your own box?

After experiencing the positive effects on my fitness and health after just a few months of CrossFit training and changing my nutrition, I decided that I want to pass on that knowledge to other people. I have a huge passion for helping other people move and feel better.

Why exactly should I join YOUR box? What makes it standout from others?

I have been on the Level 1 and CPC Coaching Team for the last four years and my passion for movement and helping other people move better is ingrained into all my trainers as well. What we do will tremendously improve your quality of life and you will also be part of a supporting community of wonderful people.

How does your member structure look like? (Number of members, Male/Female, Young/Old,  any competitive athletes?)

The ratio is roughly 50/50 varying a bit from box to box. We have mostly people between 25-35 training at our boxes, but are very proud of our older Members too.

Do you have additional training possibilities (Yoga, Gymnastics etc.)?

We offer Weightlifting, Yoga and Gymnastic Classes too, but they all support the basic CrossFit priniciple of constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.

Do you consult your members in nutrition questions?

Yes. We have workshops on basic CrossFit nutrition, Paleo and from time to time we invite other people to share their knowledge.

If I start as a beginner – how does my training in the first month look like?

You will start in our beginners course, which consists of 9 classes over three weeks, where you progressively learn our basic movements and get used to the intensity of our training.

Do you organize any internal or open competitions?

Right now, we do not.

Do you have links to other boxes?

We have friends almost everywhere in Austria and Germany.
