Out of three online qualifiers for The Athlete Games, number one got most of the public attention mainly due to its combination of 100 burpees over the rower, and rowing - as far as possible. All within a 20-minute time cap.

  This one is one of the greatest WOD for proffesional CrossFit athletes. It’s totally right and  great way to begin to your CrossFit adventure. Time is important for this WOD. So record your time.  You can see instructions… Be determined and do your  WOD.

If you want to do Athlete games Qualifier 1;  The beginning it will be easy but then it will get harder. But you need to push yourself to do your best as you can. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. If you have all of them, it will great for you. Also you can watch some videos to improve your technique. It’s also great because, its a full body WOD. It contains 100x burpees over the rower. And all you need to do row as far as possible you can. If you are loving this exercise, this will be the best brutal WOD for your, maybe it might be your favorite one!

It’s not super easy WOD for everyone, that’s why we called this “Brutal” one.
