Danny

DANNY is a Hero WOD which honours Oakland SWOT Sergeant Daniel Sakai (✝March 21, 2009). It contains box jumps, push presses and pull-ups.

Danny is another great hero WOD. If you have an interest for Hero WOD’s you can start with this one.

The beginning it will be easy but then it’ll getting harder. But you need to push yourself to do your best as you can. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. If you have all of them, it will great for you. Also you can watch some videos to improve your technique.

Instructions:

20 minutes amrap:

  • 30 Box Jumps (24 inch)
  • 20 Push Press (115 lbs/52kg)
  • 30 Pull-Ups

Start with 30 box jumps and continue with 20 push presses and 30 pull-ups. Repeat as many times as possible in the time frame of 20 minutes.

Score:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
