Mr. Joshua

Mr. Joshua is a Hero WOD which honours SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris (✝August 30th, 2008). It contains running, GHDs and deadlifts.

Mr. Joshua is another great hero WOD. If you have an interest for Hero WOD’s you can start with this one.

The beginning it will be easy but then it’ll getting harder. But you need to push yourself to do your best as you can. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. If you have all of them, it will great for you. Also you can watch some videos to improve your technique.

Five rounds for time of:

  • Run 400 meters
  • 30 GHDs
  • 250 pound (113kg) Deadlift, 15 reps

Score:

Time it took you to complete 5 rounds.

Scaled version:

  • Run 400 meters
  • 30 sit-ups
  • Deadlift, 15 reps

Choose an appropriate weight for your fitness level.
