CrossFit Open Workout 16.3

The Crossfit Open WODs are the first hurdle in qualifying for the Crossfit Games. A great way to assess if you're competition material.

The CrossFit Open Workout 16.3 combines two of the most challenging exercises that CrossFit has to offer: The muscle-up and the power snatch.

Instructions 16.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

  • 10 power snatches
  • 3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

Score

16.3 is an AMRAP event, so the reps and rounds completed are counted as a score. The score in this event includes tie-breaks: also note the time after which you completed  your last round (time elapsed, not time remaining)

  • 10 power snatches
  • 5 jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men use 45 lb.
Women use 35 lb.
