Cindy

Cindy is one of the most popular workouts in Crossfit. Basic movements, pull-ups, push-ups and air squats, combined in a 20 min time frame with one task ahead: complete as many rounds as possible.

Here is everything you need to know. A seemingly simple WOD, the time duration for this will tax your mental endurance to it’s limits. The lack of technically difficult movements makes this a great test for Crossfitters of all levels. You don’t have to worry about needing any kit, and the lack of barbells, racks or rings makes this a great workout to use as a travel workout, or when you want to train but can’t get to the Box.

Instructions:                         

As many rounds as possible in 20 min:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

Score for Cindy:

Your score is the number of rounds completed within a 20 minute time frame.

Scaled version:

  • 5 ring rows
  • 10 box/wall Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
