But you need to push yourself to do your best as you can. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. If you have all of them, it will great for you. You have been working hard on your handstand push-ups and it is time to test your upper body fitness. Try Diane. Deadlifts might feel light, but 45 reps of handstand push-ups will level up a challenge.
