Mary is another great WOD. If you are new to Crossfit it’s great WOD to start with your CrossFit.

The beginning it will be easy but then it’ll getting harder. But you need to push yourself to do your best as you can. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. If you have all of them, it will great for you. Also you can watch some videos to improve your technique.

Instructions:                         

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

  • 5 Handstand push-ups
  • 10 1-legged squats
  • 15 Pull-ups

Score:

Number of rounds.

Scaled version:

  • 5 Handstand push-ups (legs on the box)
  • 10 1-legged squats (Use TRX or rack to hold on to)
  • 15 Pull-ups (Ring rows or bands)
