The key point is do your burpees every minute on the minute. The beginning it will be easy but then it’ll getting harder. But you need to push yourself to do your best as you can. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. If you have all of them, it will great for you. Also you can watch some videos to improve your burpees, if you are not a “Burpee” person. It’s also great because, its a full body WOD.

Death by Burpees will not kill you. It only will make you stronger than ever.
“To do a burpee, stand with your feet slightly beyond shoulder-width apart. Bending at your hips and knees, squat and lower your body until you can place your hands on the floor. Kick your legs backward into a pushup position. Do a pushup, and then immediately reverse the move. As you rise to the standing position, explosively jump in the air. That’s 1 rep. One important note: At Gym Jones, we have standards for a rep to count. During the pushup, you must maintain a perfect plank and your chest must touch the ground.

- 1 Burpee in the first 1 min
- 2 Burpees in the second 1 min
- 3 Burpees in the third 1 min
