5. Egg in a hole grilled burger
This recipe is definitely one of my absolute favourites! I mean, come on, who doesn’t love burgers? And this one is even better, it contains not only a lot of beef, but also eggs!
What do you need? (Ingredients for 1 burger)
- 1 egg
- 1 burger bun
- burger toppings (chosen freely)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black chopped pepper
- 150g of minced meat
How-to?
With your minced meat form a beef patty and – with a small glass – cut a hole out of the middle. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Next step is to break one egg into a ramekin. In a preheated pan put the burger and cook it for 1-3 minutes until it’s crisp on one side. In the meantime grill cheese your burger bun with the shredded cheese until its golden. Flip the burger and pour your egg into the hole. Then cook again for a few minutes until it’s crusty on the other side, too. Place salad, tomatoes or whatever you like on your cheesy bun and add your beef to it. Enjoy hot with a salad, potatoes or fries!
