7. Oven-baked egg and chips

Here’s another great and delicious recipe which is still pretty unknown. You should definitely try it, it tastes amazing!

What do you need? (Ingredients for 2 serves)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 baking potatoes (cut into wedges)

How-to?

After heating up your oven to 190° put the potato wedges in a roasting pan and pour over with olive oil and the smoked paprika. Once it’s all mixed well start to bake it for about 25 minutes. Afterwards you add the tomatoes to the pan and make sure there are 2 little spaces left in which you then crack the eggs. Put it into the oven again for about 5-8 minutes. Serve hot!
