The Hand Snatch in Aleksey Torokhtiy’s own words:

  • HANG SNATCH are done from the level below the knees and before power position.
  • When lowering a large weight down, angles are worked out well, because with an incorrect slow movement downwards, the athlete simply physically loses balance.
  • It is important to monitor the position of the trunk, load your feet and remember that your hands should be relaxed.
