IMPORTANT CROSSFIT NEWS – The Deadline for Submitting Your Open 17.1 Score has Been Extended

CrossFit have had technical problems, so here is what to do to make sure your score isn't affected.

Here is the statement from CrossFit

“The CrossFit Games site is currently experiencing service outages.

Amazon Web Services, which hosts much of CrossFit’s web infrastructure, started experiencing outages at 9 a.m. These outages have taken down the Games website, Quora, Airbnb, Medium, Business Insider and more than 120,000 other websites that utilize AWS.

As a result, the deadline to submit your score for Open Workout 17.1 has been extended to Wednesday, March 1, at 5 p.m. PT.

About The Author

Editor-In-Chief at BOXROX. I come from a background of rugby and weightlifting. Growing up in the English Lake District, I spent a great deal of time swimming in its stunning lakes and rivers. In 2015 my brothers and I became the first people to swim the 145km length of the River Eden, from source to mouth, in 9 days. We also swam the Corryvreckan whirlpool, the third largest in the world, and Crossfit is a huge part of my training for these events.
