How many sets can you do in a row?

This will fire up your abs, shoulders, chest, triceps, and transversus abdominus.                            

9 Side Tuck Up + Side V-Ups!

Let’s get in 4 sets of 6 reps of each!

This will have your abs and obliques all fired up! ?

Even if you can’t do the v-ups at least do the tuck ups so you can get your workout in..  

10 Medicine Ball Burpees With Double Push-Ups!

Get in 4 sets of 10 reps

This will fire up your abs, shoulders, chest, triceps, and quads.

The heavier the ball, the harder it will be!
