A CrossFit Girl WOD is gruesome for many people, but endurance athlete Michael Miraglia took it to the next level. He set up complete all 31 CrossFit Girl WOD back to back for time in the first ever CrossFit Girl WOD marathon. He managed to finish 22 of the workouts in 6 hours and 17 minutes.

“I ended up completing 22 workouts in 6 hours before calling it quits due to a ripped up hand and cramping body,” he wrote on an Instagram post.

Here are some of the workouts and the time it took for Michael Miraglia to complete them:

Fran – 3:14

  • 21-15-9 reps for time
  • Thrusters (95 pounds)
  • Pull-ups

Nancy – 13:36

  • 5 rounds for time
  • 400 meter run
  • 15 overhead squats (95 pounds)

Annie – 7:32

  • 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time
  • Double-unders
  • Sit-ups

Helen – 9:07

  • 3 rounds for time
  • 400 meter run
  • 21 kettlebell swings (1.5 poods)
  • 12 pull-ups

Miraglia Will Attempt a Second CrossFit Girl WOD Marathon

Since Michael Miraglia could not finish the test he put forward, he explains that he will attempt to finish all workouts in a second CrossFit Girl WOD marathon.

“Again, this won’t be the last time you hear about this feat. I’ll be back at it stronger, prepared, and ready to finish, Miraglia wrote on an Instagram post. “If anyone wants to try to beat us, go for it. I want to see someone finish this. I couldn’t do it.”
