Some of the training from DAY 9 on this falls 🍁 “TYDAX” N A K E D Training Transformation Challenge – Starts out with some of our upper body warm ups and moves Into Jerks ( you can use blocks) ,super setting tempo pressing at high reps and tempo bentover rowing. Don’t be scared to do hit more than 1 “rowing” exercise in the same training session💪🏼 if you’re looking for “back gainz”…. lord knows I am 🙋🏼‍♀️ • CONDITIONING WAS : 10min AMRAP of: 7 t2b 7 hspu 7 pull up 7 ring dip – Again, it’s never to late to get signed up to be apart of the @nakedprogram community.
