NEW WORLD RECORD – Dimitar Savatinov Presses 143kg Dumbbell with Single Arm!

He smashed the record at Sumermania Ultimate Strongman in Southampton, England.

“One of hardest DB I have ever lifted. The length of the handle is basically almost double of all the DB used in all USA contests( it’s about 8 inch long) make the balance almost impossible.”

There is pic of my 314 lbs(143 kg) dumbbell record. One of hardest DB I have ever lifted. The length of the handle is basically almost double of all the DB used in all USA contests( it's about 8 inch long) make the balance almost impossible. But when God is on you're side you can do anything.A lot of people maybe wonder why I clean the DB the way I did.Well I have tore my biceps 3 times sence end of march and did my last 4 contests with torn biceps. Now is time to heal up and get ready for Arnold Classic Spain.#dimitarsavatinovstrong #PalyAgainNow #AndersonPowerlifting #SBD-USA #SBD #IronHouseGym #ArnoldStrongmanClassic #ArnoldSportsFestival #WorldStrongestMan #AmericaStrongestMan #2TimeChampion #AmericaStrongmanCorporation #българия🇧🇬 #гоцеделчев

About The Author

Editor-In-Chief at BOXROX. I come from a background of rugby and weightlifting. Growing up in the English Lake District, I spent a great deal of time swimming in its stunning lakes and rivers. In 2015 my brothers and I became the first people to swim the 145km length of the River Eden, from source to mouth, in 9 days. We also swam the Corryvreckan whirlpool, the third largest in the world, and Crossfit is a huge part of my training for these events.
