Simple Exercise to Improve your Pull Ups

Great tip from a CrossFit Games Athlete.

In this example, Maria Akerlund clamps a cone between her feet whilst she performs the pull ups. This helps to improve movement, overall coordination and control. It will also help to engage your core whilst you cycle through reps.
