Rogue Announces Invitational Workouts & Reebok Partnership

Rogue has partnered with Reebok for their upcoming event; the first big competition run entirely online. Find out what workout athletes will be tackling from their chosen locations.

The Rogue Invitational, set to take place between June 13 and 14, has released its workouts for the weekend and briefed their athletes.

Next to the release of the competition events they also announced Reebok as an official partner for the 2020 event.

The format for this year’s Rogue Invitational is completely innovative. With the world facing a global pandemic and sporting events cancelled worldwide, Rogue announced in March that they would move their competition online.

How to Watch the Rogue Invitational This Weekend

The event will be run between 10am and 5pm on June 13 and 14. All athletes will compete from their own chosen location around the world and Rogue will create a single, comprehensive live broadcast from each individual stream.

This means that Australian athlete Kara Saunders will be tackling the workouts between midnight and 7am.

There is a lot going on in the world right now and I will be sharing some thoughts with you all shortly. With all the bad things one thing I really want to bring to light is how AWESOME @roguefitness is. . They are truly going above and beyond to put an amazing event together for our community during these times. I can’t even fathom the amount of work they have been putting in to make this happen. They have been putting others / our community first throughout every curveball that has been thrown our way. I really really respect you guys as a company and humans. I am honored to be able to take part in the @rogueinvitational this weekend. . They announced 2 movements I have never done before. The D-ball step over and as all squat clean. I got to play with them today. The workout was . EMOM 12 for total reps A) Max Dball step overs / max D-ball squat cleans alternating minutes B) Max cal echo bike C) Rest . It was real gross . #rogue #rogueinvitational #crossfitcowboy
