Many people have tried performing squats or push-ups with the song “Flower” by Moby. The instructions are easy, when the singer says “bring Sally up”, you go up. When the singer says “bring Sally down”, you go down.

“Welcome to a pull-up challenge! This time I’m doing the bring sally up pull-up challenge. If you to it the whole song it’s 30 pull-ups. I rested one arm hanging but my goal is to to it with both arms. Give it a try!”
