1 SARA’S HOME COMP WORKOUT

Here is one of the workouts I created – give it a go:⁣

4x 2 minutes on and 1 minute off

Buy in: ⁣

  • 20 Russian twist v-ups⁣
  • 16 lunge jumps⁣
