Sara is on fire!

The dust has settled and CrossFit Open Workout 19.2 is over. The leaderboard has been updated and the results are as follows.

Notable athletes also include the young Slovak competitor Karin Freyova in second, and Polish athlete Gabriela Migala in 11th. Migala looked exceptionally competitive at the Regionals last year in Berlin and already holds the title of 3rd fittest teen in 2016. These are both athletes to watch this year.

The top 15 is already peppered with familiar names. Annie Thorisdottir, Brooke Wells, Katrin Davidsdottir, Laura Horvath, Kristin Holte, Mekenzie Riley, Dani Speegle and Amanda Banhart. If the competition continues in this vein, we will see a host of both new and old names at the 2019 CrossFit Games. 

Sara Sigmundsdottir is on fire right now. After winning Strength in Depth in London recently and securing her spot at The 2019 CrossFit Games, she has already put in two impressive displays in the first two workouts of the 2019 CrossFit Open.

MEN

Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  15 squat cleans, 135 lb.
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  13 squat cleans, 185 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  11 squat cleans, 225 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  9 squat cleans, 275 lb.

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
