A Few Easy Tricks to Help You Scale Rope Climbs

Here is an easy way to teach the foot position and establish high knees in the foot wrap.

  • Attach a rope to the rig and focus on what your legs are doing. Let them become efficient in the wrap and β€œpull up”.
  • Your chin should be well above bar when you stand – this way you know you wrapped correctly and your knees are high enough up towards your chest.
