Technique Tip: Do you power snatch more than you snatch? No, it’s not “all mental.” There are other reasons (Extending too long or too early) but the bottom position is the most common issue. Do 4×5 sotts press 4x/wk & you’ll start improving that bottom position! I’ve done these as a warmup for the past 4yrs. If you look like the left the GOOD NEWS is you’ve got a LOT more left in the tank once you fix your bottom position! – TAG someone who might enjoy this!
